Andras Kohl is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the shared services industry, specializing in transformational and inspirational leadership. They currently serve as the Head of Finance Business Services for the CE region at Tesco while also holding a board member position at ABSL Hungary. Previously, Andras has held senior roles at Diageo, Celanese, and Grundfos, demonstrating expertise in financial management, process optimization, and team leadership. A graduate of Budapest Corvinus University, they are passionate about promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and frequently present at industry events.
