Andy Henley

Andy Henley is the Director of Group Corporate Finance at Tesco PLC, where they hold overall responsibility for Corporate Finance, including Treasury and Tax. Previously, Andy served as VP, Group Financial Controller and Head of Corporate Finance at Tate & Lyle, where they led significant transactions such as the disposal of a controlling interest in the Group's largest division. With earlier roles at Reckitt and PwC, Andy has extensive experience in corporate finance and investor relations. They have also been recognized as a member of the Global Finance Leadership team and the "Top 400" senior management team during their tenure at Reckitt. Andy's educational background includes studies at the University of Nottingham and ICAS.
