Ann Johnson

Ann Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment branding and human resources. Currently serving as Lead Recruitment Branding at Tesco Bengaluru since September 2021, Ann specializes in creating inbound strategies to attract and engage talent, as well as developing a robust Tech Employee Value Proposition (EVP) plan. Additionally, Ann has been with Tesco since October 2017 in roles including Learning Associate and Human Resources Officer, contributing to the induction and learning processes within the organization. Ann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on HR and Finance from CMR Institute of Management Studies, complemented by a Pre-University degree in Commerce from CMR Group of Institutions.
