Ben Dodridge is the Head of Technical for Tesco Central Europe and serves as the Vice President of Membership & Community Engagement at the Institute of Food Science and Technology. With a robust background at Tesco, Ben has held various leadership roles including overseeing technical teams across multiple product categories. Ben began their career in food technology at Bakkavor and holds a BSC (Hons) in Applied Biology, Microbiology & Physiology from The Nottingham Trent University.
