Caly Shui

Caly Shui, BA, FCCA, is the Group Head of People Risk and Control at Tesco, a position held since 2025. They have extensive experience in risk management and consulting, having served in various roles including Director of Risk Consulting at EY and Senior Internal Auditor at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. Caly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from The University of Sheffield and became an ACCA member between 2015 and 2018. Previously, they gained experience at Capital One as a Finance Risk Associate and worked as an Internal Auditor for multiple organizations including Sheffield Credit Union and Countrywide Plc.
