Catherine Eccles

Catherine Eccles possesses a diverse range of experience in both catering and retail sectors. Catherine served as a Deputy Supervisor at SFC Event Catering Limited from May 2013 to May 2015, operating in a fast-paced environment and providing food services at major venues including Silverstone Racing, Twickenham, and Wembley. Following this role, Catherine worked at Tesco from February 2015 to September 2018, holding various positions such as Customer Assistant, Category Planning & Project Manager, Supply Chain Graduate, Buying Manager, and Space Manager. Catherine’s academic background includes a degree in Business and Economics from The University of Manchester, completed in 2018, as well as earlier education at Stroud High School from 2008 to 2015.
