Claire Wright MCIPD

Claire Wright MCIPD, LLB Hons, is the Head of Group Colleague Relations at Tesco, where they specialize in Employee Relations and lead a regionally based team supporting Store, Distribution, and Office colleagues in the South region. They previously served as an Employee Relations Partner and Lead Employee Relations Partner at Tesco, bringing extensive expertise in colleague relations. Claire earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a 2:1 from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, after completing A Levels at Hereford Sixth Form College. They are a Chartered Member of the CIPD and an Accredited Mediator.
