Corrie MacNab is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in operational delivery and service transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Tesco’s UK Customer Engagement Centre, Corrie provides leadership for approximately 1,400 frontline colleagues and oversees various operational support functions. With a commitment to creating an effortless customer experience, Corrie has a history of leveraging insights to enhance both colleague and customer satisfaction. Previously, Corrie held key positions at Serco and Impact Results, and has a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science from The University of Glasgow.
