David Gillespie

David Gillespie is currently the Head of Finance for Group External Reporting and Control at Tesco, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, David served as the Head of Finance for Group Operations and held various finance roles at Tesco, as well as an Assistant Director at Cantab Asset Management. David began their career at Grant Thornton UK LLP as an Executive and later worked as a Group Financial Accountant at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc. They hold an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Master of Arts in History from the University of Cambridge.
