Divya Arvind has built a diverse career in operations and recruitment, with experience spanning over three years. At Tesco, Divya held the positions of Associate in Buying Operations and Senior Associate in Risk Compliance Assurance from August 2020 to October 2021. Prior to this, Divya worked at CareerNet Technologies from November 2018 to July 2020 as an Associate Consultant, where responsibilities included understanding client needs, advertising vacancies, utilizing social media for recruitment, headhunting, managing the hiring process, and preparing candidates for interviews.
