Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson is an experienced specialist in business and human rights, focusing on strategic improvements related to corporate responsibility, environmental sustainability, and ESG practices. With over a decade of global experience, they have worked with FTSE100 companies, UN agencies, and various organizations to promote responsible business practices. At BT, Eric held roles as Human Rights Manager and Senior Manager, Chief Sustainability Office, where they led significant initiatives, including the development of a modern slavery program and establishing sustainability partnerships. Currently, Eric serves as Head of Human Rights for Food and Group Procurement at Tesco, where they implement human rights strategies within supply chains. Eric holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge and a BSc Hons in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham.
