Gemma Krum

Gemma Krum is the Head of Operations for Tesco Hospitality, a position they currently hold since 2023. Previously, Gemma served in various roles at Costa Coffee from 2017 to 2018, including Area Manager and Regional Operations Director, where they successfully led teams and managed multiple stores across busy travel hubs. They also contributed to operational excellence through coaching and strategic project implementation. Prior to their tenure at Costa Coffee, Gemma held several managerial positions, focusing on retail development and operational strategies. Gemma's educational background includes ongoing studies at Chichester High School.
