Gordon Gafa

Gordon Gafa currently serves as Managing Director of the Food Division at Tesco, overseeing various aspects including Fresh Foods, Packaged Products, Fuel, Tobacco, and Supply Chain, as well as Commercial Strategy and Operations. Previously, Gafa held the position of Commercial Director for Packaged Products, Fuel, and Tobacco at Tesco, and served as Director of Trading for Fresh Food at Booker. Gafa's extensive experience at Tesco includes roles such as Category Director for Bakery, Dairy, and Local products, and Commodities Director. Prior to joining Tesco, Gafa held leadership positions at Associated British Foods plc, Burton's Biscuit Company, and Foster Clark Products Ltd, along with administrative roles in trade organizations. Gafa obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Malta.
