Graeme Waind

Graeme Waind is a finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance and business partnering across multiple organizations including BGL Group, CPP Group plc, Asda Stores Ltd, and Tesco. At BGL Group, Graeme established a financial review forum and developed an annual financial plan. At CPP Group plc, Graeme partnered with a subsidiary’s MD and managed finance teams. Graeme's tenure at Tesco included roles such as Head of Group Functional Control, where Graeme managed stakeholders through transitions in income recognition policies, and Finance Director Growth, overseeing commercial and customer finance. Graeme holds a BAHons in Business Studies from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle and is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
