Jason B. is a communications professional with a rich background in content creation and media research. They founded the Disability at Tesco network, championing disability inclusion and confidence within the UK's largest grocery retailer. Having held various roles at notable organizations, including the BBC and ITV, Jason developed impactful communications strategies and co-created several engaging television formats. They were recognized as one of the "Ones to Watch" by the Guardian Edinburgh International Television Festival in 2013. Currently, Jason serves as the Lead Communication and Engagement Manager at Tesco while also taking on a new role as a Senior Internal Communications Business Partner at Starling Bank.
