Jenna Shaw has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Reward Manager and Benefits Project Manager at Tesco since July 2013, where strong stakeholder management skills are employed to lead benefits and reward projects. Prior roles include People Partner at Tesco, where collaboration with senior leadership teams on business priorities was essential, and HR Officer at The Abbeyfield Society, managing employee support across the country. Experience also includes HR Support Services Manager and Acting Assistant HR Adviser at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, along with roles at NHS focusing on recruitment and workforce information management. Jenna holds a CIPD Advanced Diploma in HR Management and a Certificate in HR Practice, complemented by a BA Hons in Social Policy and Sociology from The University of Sheffield.
