Laura Wallaker has extensive experience in human rights management, responsible sourcing, and sustainability reporting, primarily with Tesco since 2015, where roles have included Lead Human Rights Manager and Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting Manager. Laura has successfully developed the first Sustainable Livelihoods strategy to improve living wages for workers in high-risk supply chains and has crafted responsible sourcing strategies for various regions. Additionally, leadership as Chair of the Retailer Cocoa Collaboration has focused on environmental and social enhancements within the cocoa sector. Laura co-founded the Federation of Rescued Kitchenware and held previous roles in sustainability and policy with governmental and non-governmental organizations, complemented by educational qualifications in leadership for sustainable development and geography with international development.
