Letty Key

Letty Key is a Senior UX Researcher at Tesco, where they focus on enhancing user experiences. Previously, they held various roles at Zone, including Senior Strategist and Strategy Executive, and served as a Volunteering Coordinator at ARU Students' Union. Letty also worked as a Membership Engagement Coordinator and Societies Coordinator at Cambridge University Students' Union, and was a Communications Intern at The Humanitarian Centre. Letty earned a Master of Science in Computer Science with distinction from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Classics from the University of Cambridge, along with an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching.
