Libby Davies-Small

Libby Davies-Small is currently the Head of Executive Resourcing at Tesco, where they oversee strategy and delivery of senior leadership appointments. Previously, Libby held various roles in executive search, including as a Recruitment Partner at Macmillan Cancer Support and Senior Associate at Korn Ferry, specializing in the Life Sciences sector. Libby began their career as an Associate Consultant at Aspen Worldwide and later served as Research Director at Ken Clark International in Shanghai. They hold a BA in History and Philosophy from The University of Sheffield, where they are currently pursuing their degree.
