Mark Smith

Mark Smith is an experienced HVAC professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the HVAC Capital Replacement Manager at Tesco Maintenance since August 2007, Mark oversees the management of capital investments in HVAC equipment, including both reactive and proactive spending, project delivery, and budget management. Prior to this role, Mark held positions as HVAC Capital Manager at Donald Cameron Facilities Management Limited from March 2000 to August 2007, where responsibilities included the implementation of planned maintenance on HVAC systems. Mark began the career as a Service Engineer at Denco from 1998 to 2000 and completed high school education at The Earls High School from 1985 to 1989.
