Michelle Cutmore

Michelle Cutmore is the Head of Group People Change at Tesco, where they lead multiple cross-functional programmes that align with the company's core business strategy. Previously, from 2008 to 2010, they served as a Construction Manager in the New Stores Programme, managing the conversion of existing buildings into retail spaces. Michelle also held various roles at Tesco, including Head of Strategy Planning and Head of Change Management, where they were responsible for leading high-profile international projects requiring extensive stakeholder management. Michelle holds an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from The University of Reading and a BA(Hons) in Interior Architecture and Design from The Nottingham Trent University.
