Mike Casey

Mike Casey is a Store Director at Tesco PLC, bringing 30 years of retail experience to their role since 2015, where they lead over 8,000 colleagues across 25 hypermarkets in South West Wales. Prior to this, they held various director-level positions within Tesco from 2010 to 2012, overseeing teams in South Wales and the Midlands, and previously served as Store Operations Manager, developing capabilities across 18 stores. Mike's career began with smaller teams, where they successfully turned around operationally complex stores, earning recognition for their leadership and passion for developing others. Mike completed A Levels in History, Computing, and Accountancy at Woking College between 1985 and 1987.
