Natalie Smith is currently the Head of Sustainable Agriculture and Fisheries at Tesco, a role held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Agricultural Development Manager at The Evidence Group from 2013 to 2016 and held multiple leadership positions at WWF-UK, including Head of Corporate Stewardship for Freshwater & Food from 2016 to 2018. Natalie also worked as Programme Manager at FAI Farms Ltd from 2018 to 2019 and as Agriculture Manager at Sainsbury's from 2007 to 2012. They are presently a Non Executive Director at Red Tractor since 2025 and are pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Animal Science (Behaviour Studies) at De Montfort University.
