Neil Roques

Neil Roques is an experienced professional in the field of forecasting and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Forecasting at Tesco since September 2006. In this role, Neil leads a team of 11 project managers and analysts, focusing on system and process changes across 2,400 stores and 20 depots, specifically in areas such as Supplier Ordering and Stock Record accuracy. Previous positions at Tesco include Head of Forecasting and Space, Range and Merchandising Product, as well as Programme Manager and Technical Manager, where Neil enhanced Tesco's supply chain efficiency through advanced statistical methods and big data analytics. Neil began his career in 2005 as a Church Assistant at Eden Baptist Church, managing a large student ministry. Neil holds an MMath degree in Maths from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2005, after attending Bassaleg Comprehensive School.
