Paul Bordoni

Paul Bordoni is currently the Group Head of Safety - Enforcement, Investigations and Safety Systems at Tesco, where they manage safety-related enforcement liaison, oversee safety investigations, and handle accident reporting systems. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles in the Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service, including District Commander and Head of Fire Protection, where they were involved in performance management and community engagement initiatives. Paul began their career at Hertfordshire County Council and later served as the UK and Group Fire Safety Manager at Tesco, focusing on improving fire safety standards across the organization. They earned an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire in 2009.
