Previously, they served as a Field Operations Manager at Molson Coors, where they managed a team of technicians across a vast area, focusing on performance metrics and customer service. Before this, Peter worked as a Senior System Engineer in the Royal Navy, ensuring operational capabilities of advanced radar and missile systems on warships. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and an HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from HMS Collingwood.
