Philip Scully

Philip Scully has extensive experience in maintenance and operations within high-security environments. Currently serving as Senior Maintenance Manager at Tesco Maintenance since October 2018, Philip previously held the role of Senior Site Manager at Gov Facility Services Ltd from January to October 2018, overseeing maintenance during a transitional period following Carillion's administration. At Carillion, from February 2017 to January 2018, Philip managed maintenance and compliance for a prison facility. Philip's career began in 1993 with Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service, progressing through various ranks to become the head of operations in a large complex prison by 2017, gaining a comprehensive understanding of prison operations, team management, and safety protocols throughout this tenure.
