Philip Timms

Philip Timms is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Workplace Relations Partner at Tesco PLC while also being a Charity Trustee for the North Bedfordshire Circuit of the Methodist Church. With 18 years of operational experience and over 7 years in strategic roles, Philip excels in writing employment policy and managing union relations for one of the UK’s largest private sector employers. Additionally, Philip has dedicated over 26 years of service as a volunteer youth leader for the Boys’ Brigade, holding various leadership positions, including Company Captain. Philip earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from De Montfort University and has received numerous awards for outstanding community service.
