Richard Stride is a self-motivated leader in food retail, currently serving as the Head of Tesco Food Academy and a Non-Executive Director at Campden BRI. They have a strong track record of innovation, strategic thinking, and team development, with over three decades of experience that includes significant roles at Tesco, Unilever, and Marks and Spencer. Richard's culinary journey began with an apprenticeship and advanced through various leadership positions, where they have consistently driven business growth and product quality. They hold City and Guilds Culinary levels 1, 2, and 3 from Ealing College.
