Shaun Read

Shaun Read is a seasoned Senior Data Scientist with extensive experience in statistical astronomy and data science. They have accumulated nine years of expertise in Python, focusing on statistics, data visualization, machine learning, and automation. Shaun has contributed to the development of several open-source tools and has held various roles, including Insight Analyst at Linkdex and Astronomy Postdoc at Osservatorio Astronomico di Roma. They completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Astronomy and Astrophysics at the University of Hertfordshire and hold a Master's degree in Physics from Durham University. Currently, they are involved in data science initiatives at Tesco.
