Simon Pritchard

Simon Pritchard is the UK & Group People Safety Risk Manager at Tesco PLC, where they have been developing and enhancing the Safety Management System for the UK Distribution division since 2004. With over 10 years of experience as an occupational safety specialist in Distribution and Logistics, Simon has successfully implemented BSI accredited and RoSPA recognized safety management systems. They previously held roles including HR Projects Manager and Training and Development Manager, where Simon drove continuous improvement processes and delivered impactful training initiatives. Simon holds a BA Hons in English from the University of Sussex.
