Sohith Deva

Sohith Deva is an Associate Data Scientist at Tesco since August 2023, focusing on operation research and text analytics in retail settings. Previously, Sohith held the position of Machine Learning Engineer - Data Science & Risk at IIFL Finance, where responsibilities included developing credit scoring models and fraud detection systems. Experience also includes serving as an External Data Science Consultant for Uber, enhancing the driver onboarding experience through AI/ML strategies, and contributing to data science projects at Indium Software for various clients like Five Star Finance and S&P Global. Sohith was a founding member of Wakao, where involvement included the development of a mobile application.
