Tim Brown

Tim Brown is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in cost management and strategic oversight. Currently serving as Construction Capital Manager at Tesco PLC since October 1996, Tim manages a construction budget exceeding £1 billion annually, overseeing long-term planning, risk management, and claims resolution, while leading external cost management teams. Tim previously held the role of Cost Manager at Tesco, where responsibilities included capital management for new projects and supervising cost consultants. Prior to Tesco, Tim worked at JOHN MOWLEM CONSTRUCTION PLC as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, managing a QS team, and as a Quantity Surveyor, performing traditional QS duties across various commercial and educational projects.
