Tom Williams is an innovative project manager with proven skills in analytical problem solving, team management, change management, and process design. Currently, Tom leads the team rolling out Tesco's Micro Fulfilment Centre and previously developed the initial operating model from scratch as part of the online fulfilment transformation team.
