Toni Allen

Toni Allen has extensive experience in the food industry, beginning as an Assistant Cook at Yarm Boys School from 1991 to 1996, where responsibilities included supporting the head cook and managing day-to-day operations of the school canteen. Following this, Toni worked as a Line Controller at ABP Ellesmere from 1994 to 1998, managing production processes. Toni served in a Quality role at First Milk Cheese Co. from September 1998 to March 2014, focusing on compliance auditing, customer complaint investigations, and quality system maintenance. Since May 2017, Toni has been a Customer Assistant at Tesco, responsible for completing customers' online orders. Toni holds a City and Guilds qualification in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Kirby College, Middlesbrough, earned between 1994 and 1997.
