Steffi Teo is a seasoned UI/UX Designer with experience at Teslar Software since September 2022 and previously at Moment Studio from February to August 2022. Steffi has expertise in creating user-centered design deliverables, leading teams in market analysis, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure design effectiveness. Prior to transitioning to the tech industry, Steffi served as a Gifted and Talented Facilitator and Elementary Educator at Springdale Public Schools from August 2013 to May 2022, where responsibilities included developing curriculum and managing departmental budgets. Steffi holds a Master of Science in Gifted, Talented, and Creative Education from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of the Ozarks.
