Mortenson is the Co-Founder and CEO of TESMO, LLC, a data and analytics firm that specializes in ecommerce. Since 2011, Mortenson has led TESMO and its focus on data-driven ecommerce management. Prior to TESMO, Mortenson founded LM Consulting, where the ecommerce division of a prestige beauty retailer grew their Amazon business from $2 million to nearly $30 million. Mortenson earned a BA from Duke University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Mortenson held roles at Nissan North America from 2002 to 2005 as Pricing Strategy Manager, Financial Analyst, and Infiniti Sales Operations Analyst, and served as 2009 President of ATD Los Angeles.
