Frode Siem

Frode Siem is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at TESS since February 2023, Frode has previously held notable positions such as HeadHunter and Management Consultant at Sperre Rekruttering and CEO roles at several companies including MP Storkjøkken AS, where significant growth and digital advancements were achieved, and StayOn AS, which grew to a leading telecommunications provider. Frode has a proven track record of establishing and scaling businesses, particularly in the fiber and telecommunications sectors, and holds an Economics degree from BI Norwegian Business School and an Engineer’s degree in Electronics from the Engineering College of Aalesund.
