Visar Gashi

Visar Gashi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Visar is currently working at TESS as the Head of Purchasing, a role they took on in January 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Purchasing & Contract Manager at TESS from August 2020 to January 2021, where they led a team of 15 colleagues in the purchasing department.

Before joining TESS, Visar worked at Mediq Norge AS as a Sourcing Manager from May 2019 to August 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the Norwegian business unit's sourcing activities and reported to the Nordic Category & Sourcing Director.

Visar also served as a Deputy Board Member at Etisk handel Norge - Ethical Trade Norway from May 2019 to August 2020.

Prior to their time at Mediq Norge AS, Visar worked at TESS as a Contract Manager from April 2017 to May 2019. In this role, they served as the point of contact for subsidiaries and suppliers on contractual matters in relation to the MRO business. Visar was responsible for sourcing new suppliers, negotiating and implementing contracts.

Before that, they worked at TESS Logistikk as a Purchaser from May 2015 to May 2017. Their responsibilities included ensuring the availability of stock at the central warehouse to meet the needs of the company's regions.

Visar's career began at Vegfinans in 2009, where they worked as an Image Processor for three years. Visar then worked at Pro Contact as a Salesman from August 2007 to May 2008.
