Benjamin Hesmans

Benjamin Hesmans is a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer at ZF Group since June 2024, with prior experience as an R&D Engineer at Tessares from January 2018 to June 2024, where involvement included Multipath-TCP kernel development and high-performance TCP proxy implementations in C. Benjamin served as a Research Assistant at Université catholique de Louvain from September 2012 to December 2017, focusing on Multipath-TCP under the guidance of a professor, and contributed to several Bachelor's and Master's courses in networking. Additional roles included tutoring Java programming for engineering students and teaching computer networks configuration and management. Benjamin holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Université catholique de Louvain, completed between 2007 and 2012.
