Tessera is an RWA platform operating a permissionless tokenized private equity marketplace. We provide institutional-grade exposure to private markets, giving global participants access to tokenized positions in leading pre-IPO companies such as SpaceX, OpenAI, and xAI.

Built on Solana, Tessera enables 24/7 trading with instant settlement, a $1 minimum participation, and no KYC or accreditation barriers. Asset backing is verified through Chainlink Proof of Reserves, with custody secured by Fireblocks.

Private equity is a $7 trillion asset class that has historically outperformed public equities by more than 4% annually. Despite this performance, access has remained limited to accredited investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Tessera removes these structural gates by bringing private equity exposure onto modern blockchain rails. The result is continuous liquidity, transparent on-chain verification, and real-time price discovery for a global base of over 400 million crypto participants.

Founded by veterans with decades of experience across Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, and Credit Suisse, Tessera connects traditional financial structuring expertise with decentralized infrastructure. Our vision is simple: capital markets should be open by design, transparent in operation, liquid in structure, and accessible to everyone.
