Will Treasure

Will Treasure is an experienced executive and director with a strong background in consulting, retail strategy, and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Tessiant, a change management and retail consultancy, Will has also held leadership positions as Chairman of Profound, a digital customer experience agency, and Managing Director at Accenture, after the acquisition of Javelin Group, a specialist retail consultancy where Will was a Director for over 21 years. Previous roles include Head of Home Delivery at Iceland Group, where Will launched the UK's first national grocery home delivery service, and various management roles at Kellogg Company of GB Ltd and Procter & Gamble. Will holds a first-class degree in Engineering, Economics & Management from the University of Oxford.
