Vice President of Customer Experience at Test Double

Ed Frank has been working in the professional world since 1999. Ed began their career at Information Resources as a Vice President of Technology Marketing and Consulting and then moved up to Vice President of Technology Consulting Service. In 2004, they became a Principal at Enterprise Leasership, LLC. From 2006 to 2007, Ed Frank worked at Information Resources, Inc. as a Vice President of TMC. Ed also held the same role at SymphonyIRI Group from 2009 to 2012. In 2006, Ed Frank was a Visiting Professor at Xavier University's Williams College of Business. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Vice President of National Accounts Management at Aginity. From 2016 to 2019, Ed Frank worked at Mount St. Joseph University as an Adjunct Professor. Ed is currently a Client Principal at ThoughtWorks and is set to become the Vice President of Customer Experience at Test Double in 2022.

Ed Frank received their Bachelor of Science in Business - Marketing & Economics from The Ohio State University in 1986. Ed then went on to earn their Master of Arts in Economics from Ohio University in 1987.
