Jessie Puls has worked in the software engineering and DevOps field since 2006. Jessie began their career at Dyton Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they created websites and Flash applications. In 2009, they moved to Iowa Interactive, LLC as a Web Application Developer and later became the Director of Development. In 2014, they joined Berkley Technology Services as a Software Engineer, where they worked on customizing a third party product for insurance agents and underwriters. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Software Engineering/DevOps Consultant at Pillar Technology. In 2017, they joined Dice as a Systems Engineer, Development Manager, and Skunkworks Team Lead. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Senior DevOps Consultant at Test Double.
Jessie Puls obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the University of Northern Iowa from 2004 to 2006. In 2013, they became a Certified Scrum Master. In 2020, they obtained an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
