Shehan Perera

Shehan Perera has over ten years of work experience in the technology industry. Shehan began their career in 2010 as a Technical Support Representative for Shaw Communications, where they were the Hardware Specialist of the Arris Gateway Team and Project Champion for Arris DCX3510 'New Guide' model boxes. In 2014, Shehan moved to IQMI as a Web Developer, followed by a Software Developer role at Diveling. In 2015, they became a Software Developer at realtor.com, where they built multiple features for the platform. In 2017, they moved to WineDirect as a Software Developer, followed by a Software Developer role at REW (Real Estate Wire) in 2018. In 2019, Shehan became a Senior Software Developer - Team Lead at PayByPhone, and in 2020 they took on the role of Director of Technology at Labora. Most recently, in 2021 Shehan joined Test Double as a Software Engineer Consultant.

Shehan Perera obtained an Associate's degree in Applied Software Development from the British Columbia Institute of Technology between 2012 and 2014.
