Jack Reed is the Head of Technology Services at Test Driven Solutions Ltd. They have held positions as a Senior IT Consultant and Head of QA, showcasing their leadership in technology and quality assurance. Jack started their career as an Apprentice Test Automation Engineer and progressed to a Test Automation Engineer at HM Revenue & Customs, focusing on automating government web applications. They also gained experience as a Software Developer at The Lake Louise Ski Resort, where they managed digital systems and provided IT support for a large team. Jack earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital & Technology Solutions from Northumbria University.
