Daniel Erlich

Daniel Erlich is an experienced events professional with a background in culinary and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Events Line Cook at Testarossa Winery since February 2023, Daniel is dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences. Daniel has also worked as a Private Catering Event Server with Instawork since April 2022, providing excellent customer service at various events. Previous experience includes roles as an Event Server at Carrie Dove Catering, Fogcutter Catering, and Weir Catering & Events, where responsibilities involved event setup, food and beverage preparation, and guest interaction. Additionally, Daniel has strong organizational skills from serving as a Travel Baseball Tournament Coordinator for Nor-Cal Travel Baseball Association and possesses customer service experience from a role as a Delivery Driver at DoorDash. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University and an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Foothill College.
