Khaled Mualla

Khaled Mualla is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality engineering and software testing, currently serving as the Head of Channels at TestCrew since January 2023. With a proven track record of driving growth and building strategic partnerships, Khaled has previously held key positions, including Quality Governance and Customer Experience at Urban, where quality governance strategies and customer experience objectives were established. As the Head of Quality Assurance at Pearson, Khaled oversaw the development of digital solutions and managed end-to-end delivery processes. Additional roles include Quality Manager at Technology Strategies Middle East, Quality Assurance Manager at Intigral, and various QA positions at Wareef, MIG Bank, ESKADENIA Software Solutions, and Aspire Services. Khaled holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Football Business from Johan Cruyff Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Jordan.
