Mohammed El-Arabi

Mohammed El-Arabi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital engineering and IT operations, currently serving as the Head of Digital Engineering at TestCrew since September 2025. Prior to this role, Mohammed held various positions at 2P Perfect Presentation, where responsibilities included leading program management for Managed Services and enhancing operational excellence, significantly reducing breached SLAs. Earlier in a notable tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, roles included Senior ITSM Consultant and Country Manager, overseeing ITSM assessments and driving strategic initiatives. Mohammed's background also features leadership at E-Enterprises and contributions to EJADA's service optimization, alongside earlier positions as Project Coordinator and QA Analyst. Mohammed graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mu'tah University in 2002.
