Andrejs Frisfelds

Andrejs Frisfelds is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, project management, and education. As Co-Founder and a member of the board at TDL School since January 2021, and Chief Executive Officer of Loadero since August 2020, Andrejs has played a pivotal role in both organizations. Additionally, Andrejs has co-founded and served on the board of TestDevLab Ltd since November 2011. Previously, Andrejs held academic positions as a lecturer at Ventspils University of Applied Sciences from January 2016 to March 2021, focusing on quality assurance and project management topics. With a strong background in quality assurance management demonstrated during tenures at Orange-Vallée and Skype, Andrejs has effectively led teams and developed testing strategies. Further experience includes leadership roles at the State Revenue Service and a foundation in programming and project management from earlier positions. Andrejs holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Latvijas Universitate and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ventspils University of Applied Sciences, complemented by exchange studies in the Erasmus programme.
